 I have been originating mortgage loans for 21 years in the Greater Sacramento area.  I have extensive experience creating Conventional, Jumbo, Veterans , FHA loans including the rehab 203K,  First Time Homebuyers,   

 My wife and I have lived in Sacramento and the surrounding area for 25 years and we have been delighted with the offerings of the area.  We have raised 3 children with great pride, and love golf, off-road excursions in our Jeep, wine tasting in Napa/Sonoma, and our very own Amador and El Dorado foothills.  We are also avid fans of our Sacramento Kings and Rivercats. 

 I am one of the most fortunate people I know….I actually love my work.  I take great pride in helping each individual client absorb things like Present Value vs. Future Value of money, how to get the greatest benefit for the investment of hard earned dollars, understanding the real effect of interest rates and discount points, etc.
